Core Chenile initialization and discovery of all Chenile services. This only contains the JSON based initializations.

BaseInitializer<T>	Extend this to initialize anything like event definitions etc.
ChenileEventInitializer	Picks up all the event resources and registers all the events in Chenile.
ChenileEventSubscribersInitializer	Runs after all the events and services are registered in Chenile.
ChenileServiceInitializer	Concrete class for initializing services from Json resources
